Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pharmaceutical shipments for accuracy and compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring real-time tracking of stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution while adhering to temperature-controlled storage requirements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with SOP protocols.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment, including proper labeling and segregation of products.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections and internal quality reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to lift up to 20–25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Valid certification for operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules as required.
