Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on key operational KPIs.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the warehouse team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
