Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping medical devices.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment to meet production demands.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the medical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
