Responsibility
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles with care and efficiency.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure easy accessibility and proper storage.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to move materials.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries and ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Report any discrepancies or damages in shipments to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and loading dock areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and safety compliance.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English or local languages.
