Responsibility
- Lead supplier quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes by ensuring supplier readiness and quality compliance.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, procedures, and reports.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and production, to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Experience with supplier audits, inspections, and quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
