As a QC Assistant, you will work closely with our production and logistics teams to inspect, verify, and document the quality of incoming and outgoing goods. Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Document and report quality control findings, including defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities, using digital or paper-based systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, storing, and tracking stock to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities, proper packaging, and timely dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials as needed.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline workflows and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, warehousing, or quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or quality control within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures for quality assurance.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, inventory software) and familiarity with data entry or ERP systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety (e.g., OSHA) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
