Responsibility
- Manually handle, sort, and prepare print products for distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate strapping and packing equipment to secure bundles of newspapers, magazines, or other printed materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality, including proper alignment, binding, and packaging integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Track inventory of packing materials and report shortages or supply needs to supervisors.
- Follow standardized procedures for labeling, coding, and documenting shipments for traceability.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or print operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in mailroom operations, warehousing, or print production (1-2 years preferred).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of packing machinery and tools (training provided for specific equipment).
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, as required by production schedules.
