Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and expenditures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics (Senior: 3+ years, Junior: 1+ year).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical procurement practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
