Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, customer complaints, and on-time delivery.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, tools, and methodologies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Review and approve engineering changes, specifications, and documentation for quality compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Auditor (e.g., CQE, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and 5 Why analysis.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and MSA processes for product development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and precision.
