Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor stock movements between warehouses, production, and distribution centers to ensure timely availability.
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system updates.
- Liaise with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stock handling, storage, and documentation.
- Resolve inventory-related issues, including shortages, overstocks, or data inconsistencies, with proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the inventory management system is optimized and user-friendly.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
