Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity, and safety metrics.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
