Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with company goals and customer demands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
