Responsibility
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
- Conduct market research to benchmark pricing, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify risks in the procurement process and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of procurement tools and technologies to streamline operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic procurement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
