Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and packing tools
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation
- Ensure all packages meet quality standards before shipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
- Report any discrepancies or issues to warehouse supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
