Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis to verify product specifications and identify any deviations.
- Document and report inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment, as well as laboratory instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify quality issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQI, CQA) is a plus.
