Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers.
- Help analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Contribute to the development of supply chain reports and performance metrics.
- Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
