Responsibility
- Assemble electrical products according to work instructions (WI) and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in adherence to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement production improvements.
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety training programs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues during production.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow technical work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
