Responsibility
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.
- Manage inventory planning and control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.
- Oversee shipment scheduling and logistics to guarantee on-time delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all supply chain operations.
- Utilize ERP or supply chain management software to track orders, inventory, and shipments accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with lean supply chain principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (preferred).
