Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping chemical products.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards for chemical handling.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
