Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming medical supplies and equipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution of medical supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and willingness to adhere to all company policies.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings, as required by operational needs.
