Responsibility
- Assist in conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Support the documentation and reporting of quality control processes, including non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action initiatives.
- Help maintain and update quality management system (QMS) records and databases.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics for team reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles (e.g., ISO 9001, TQM) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work in a structured environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing/logistics is advantageous.
