Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval of goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular stock takes and assist in cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring efficient and damage-free handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and improve workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and PPE usage is advantageous.
