Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety, security, and compliance standards.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and report on inventory and operational metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
