Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, such as delays or damages, with proactive problem-solving.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures is advantageous.
