Responsibility
- Perform final packaging processes for contact lenses, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on packaged products to identify and rectify any defects.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document and report any packaging issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift schedule, including nights and weekends if required.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
