Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels.
- Implement and monitor best practices for warehouse organization and space utilization.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipments promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
