Responsibility

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely acknowledgment and confirmation.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to prioritize and schedule order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status from receipt to delivery, proactively addressing delays or issues to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates.
  • Maintain and update order management systems with real-time data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Analyze order trends and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on order status, backlogs, and fulfillment performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all order-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues independently.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
