Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality control operations, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures, including sampling plans and testing protocols.
- Train and mentor QC inspectors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues and propose process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant industry certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QC team.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software (e.g., calipers, spectrophotometers, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar is advantageous.
