Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching equipment.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize storage solutions.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve any issues related to equipment handling, storage, or distribution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role in logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
