Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the tank depot, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize storage, handling, and transportation of goods.
- Supervise and mentor a team of logistics personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for depot operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or depot operations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
