Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of materials and products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including labeling, storing, and tracking items using inventory management systems.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly packed, labeled, and documented for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with logistics and construction teams to coordinate the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (prior experience in construction or manufacturing is advantageous).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
