Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in manufacturing, transport, and logistics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Lead inventory management, including forecasting, procurement, and stock optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with lean management principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
