Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including shelves, bins, and workstations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label and tag inventory items as required for easy identification and tracking.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
