Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize space utilization.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards for warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for warehouse staff to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in warehouse operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in logistics or warehouse management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
