Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor equipment and facility conditions, arranging maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Train and develop warehouse personnel to enhance skills and performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
