Responsibility
- Develop and maintain warehouse performance dashboards and analytics reports to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to implement data-driven process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Monitor and forecast demand trends to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for logistics-related issues and propose corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics technologies to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
