Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and storage of procured items.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing fluctuations, and new supplier opportunities.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues, such as delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies in orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is an advantage.
