Responsibility
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular 5R audits (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all offices to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.
- Lead monthly Stand Up for Improvement sessions to foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with management to align improvement projects with strategic business goals.
- Document and present findings, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lean management, or operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to lead training sessions and workshops effectively.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and continuous learning.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
