Responsibility
- Develop and implement an efficient Fleet Management System to monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including route planning, dispatching, and delivery tracking to ensure on-time product distribution.
- Optimize fleet utilization to reduce operational costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to streamline logistics processes.
- Monitor compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage vehicle maintenance programs to ensure fleet reliability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source and manage fleet-related supplies and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or a similar role, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
