Responsibility
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to boiler operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of boiler performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize boiler efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or irregularities.
- Assist in the training of new operators and support team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in boiler operations is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of boiler systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a demanding environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
