Responsibility
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collect, verify, and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate production reports, including output metrics, downtime analysis, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve production bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure timely restocking of raw materials and supplies.
- Support the training and onboarding of new production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and production management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret production data.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
