Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the QC team during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Monitor and inspect production processes to identify defects or deviations from quality specifications.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, including testing protocols and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports on quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
