Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international procurement regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, budget adherence, and performance metrics.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
