Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
- Prepare and verify warehouse documents, including receipts, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflows for improved efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
