Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
  • Prepare and verify warehouse documents, including receipts, packing lists, and delivery notes.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflows for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
