Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper labeling and storage techniques.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and confirm deliveries and pickups.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments or inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
