Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely restocking and avoid shortages.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or delays with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to align procurement activities with budget and operational goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess costs, quality, and supplier reliability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
