Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end global export operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipments.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize export logistics, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and compliance with international trade laws.
- Monitor and analyze export performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align export operations with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including export controls, licensing, and trade compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and adaptability in global export operations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in export logistics and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global export operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export compliance (e.g., Incoterms, HS codes).
- Proven track record of managing export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Korean) are advantageous.
