Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory control.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure maximum productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor inventory management systems to ensure 100% accuracy in stock levels.
- Enforce rigorous safety policies and procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace compliant with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical stock inventories.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean warehouse management techniques to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles and logistics workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Possess a valid forklift license or relevant certifications is highly advantageous.
