Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship development to ensure high-quality partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Logistics) to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Implement procurement best practices, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and spend analysis.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in procurement.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and vendor performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts, reducing costs, and improving supplier performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, demand forecasting, and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
- Certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) are highly desirable.
