Responsibility
- Assist in daily production and packaging tasks to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Handle and organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to support workflow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and material replenishment.
- Participate in training sessions to learn new tasks and enhance existing skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
